sbox delivery
How we built a fast, conversion-focused website for a courier fleet manager working with Wolt couriers across Bulgaria.

project
overview
SBOX Delivery needed a completely new website to establish a credible digital presence and clearly explain its role as a fleet manager for Wolt couriers.
The platform had to bring together company information, courier recruitment, city-specific availability and application flows in one coherent experience.
From the start, the project was planned as a scalable WordPress build with strong SEO foundations and straightforward content management for the SBOX team.

project
challanges
The biggest challenge was trust. Prospective couriers often need clarity before they are willing to apply, especially around contracts, payment structure, documentation and ongoing support. Without a strong existing digital presence, SBOX had no central place to communicate those details consistently.
The site also had to serve people at very different stages, from first-time couriers exploring the role to experienced couriers comparing fleet managers, without overwhelming either audience with too much information.

project
execution
We structured the website around the actual decision journey of a prospective courier, separating key topics into dedicated pages for working conditions, cities, courier information, FAQs and company background.
The WordPress build combined Elementor with a custom child-theme layer for functionality that needed more control. This included custom responsive navigation, persistent application CTAs, mobile menu behaviour, tailored Contact Form 7 styling and responsive refinements across the site.
The application flow was kept deliberately short, asking only for the information SBOX needs to begin the conversation, while technical SEO and page-level metadata were implemented as part of the build rather than added later.

project
outcome
SBOX Delivery now has a dedicated platform that turns a previously fragmented recruitment and communication process into a clear digital journey.
Prospective couriers can understand the company, explore where they can work, review the available working arrangements and submit an application without needing to contact the team for basic information first.
For SBOX, the website provides a flexible foundation that can be updated internally and expanded as the courier network grows.
